The adhesive is spread on a 4 to 5 mm layer, after which the comb is pulled with serrated trowel 6-8 mm, depending on the size of the boards. The open time for soldering is 15 to 20 minutes. When applied on a smooth, non-absorbent surface such as scratched cement, mosaic, sandstone or old tile, apply a layer of adhesive as a bonding glue to a thickness of 0.5 - 1 mm.
